I was thrilled recently to be invited to produce custom artwork for planes at Duxford. Airbrushes and paintbrushes were used for the work. The aircraft (shown below) are available for airshow and film work by contacting Anna McDowell at The Aircraft Restoration Company on 01223 835313.

'TAZ' - 1953 Canadian Car and Foundry Harvard IV
Brief: to paint Taz on both sides of aircraft.

"Taz" saw service with the air forces of Germany and Portugal as a pilot trainer before being imported into this country in 1979. It is owned by John Romain and is also operated by The Aircraft Restoration Company.

1953 Canadair CT-33AN "Silver Star" Mark 3
Brief: to paint the The Royal Canadian Air Force flag with associated heraldic crest on both sides of aircraft.

This T33 is owned by "The Golden Apple Trust" and is operated by The Aircraft Restoration Company at Duxford Airfield in Cambridgeshire. It was used in Canada until 1972 for pilot training.

Spitfire
Brief: To paint on both sides of the cowlings, the 74 Squadron Tiger's Head along with the Sqn. motto "I Fear No Man".
